Has anyone else noticed that guards will not fine you or send you to jail if you have their disposition past 85? One day, I did the persuasion mini game and had made the guards disposition near 100. Then I accidentally attacked a mage and the guards said they would "take care of the fine for me and look the other way".

Yeah, I think this only works if you don't have much infamy though.

I found this out but I had killed three people.My infamy was 134 so that isn't a factor in that.
