When you talking to characters in the game, it has the persuade option.
You joke, and coerce and all that stuff, but what actually happens when yoiu bribe them, other than they take your coins o_O

You can roatate the wedges one time if you're an apprentice.Their disposition drops slower when persuading them if you're a journeyman.You only have to bribe them half as much if you're an expert.Finally,their disposition doesn't drop as much when you choose a hated or disliked interaction as a master.

It is worthless if you have a lot of money. I suggest just getting some money and bribing. If you really want to get it up though just go up to a guard and continuasly rotate the left joy stick and press "A" constantly.

Yes, unless it's a major skill and you need to practice it, bribery is usually the fastest and most effective option.
