you get unlimited cannons
you draw the ark for the boomerang
you can jot down noted on the map(specific combinations to hit switches!)
you draw route for sea travel
use the touch screen to kill enemies
i'm still discovering things every day

Yeah there lil guys were cool and helpful,but what i expect is zelda to stop being kidnapped so much and actully fight in the game.
