Ok I'm in Forrest Temple. I'm at the part where you hit the 4 windmills to get the boss key. I have the boomerang. I aim at all 4 windmills at the same time but it won't open!? Please what's wrong? I have all the monkeys all I need is the key.

I think there's a certain pattern you have to hit them in. I can't remember because I beat the game a long time ago. But try to find some sort of clue to help find a pattern.

Yeah , it is a Z-Pattern.
It goes in this order:
bottom-left one first,
bottom-right one second, top-left one third, and top-right one fourth

For future reference don't double post just your last one.
Now as for the question, have you tried wearing the boots? If that doesn't work the steam is on a timer, just wait for an opening (Remember if something stops you or makes it so you can't go on during this part turn to the iron boots)
