Procedure: Diagnose pet with medicine once every day until it does not say that it needs more.

Worms
Keep for: 5 days
Buy: plenty of Worm-b-gone, Doggy Worm Relief, or Kitty Worm Relief
Where: Bone Cheap, Frugal Felines, Caninetopia, or Cat's Cradle of Cool.
Procedure: Feed pet with special food once every day until it does not say that it needs more.

Smelly
Keep for: 1 day
Buy: Any shampoo other than flea shampoo.
Where: Bone Cheap, Frugal Felines, Caninetopia, or Cat's Cradle of Cool.
Procedure: Wash pet with shampoo once.

Ugly
Keep for: Your choice.
Buy: Many types of clothing and/or material
Where: Bone Cheap, Frugal Felines, Caninetopia, Cat's Cradle of Cool, or Automatastic (for materials patterns and sewing machine)
Procedure(s): On the grooming table, put a lot of clothes on the pet. If you you're making clothes, buy nessecary items for the patterens, then go to your sewing machine and pick the pattern you want to follow. After you make the thing you are making you can put it on the pet at the grooming table.

Fleas
Keep for: 5 days
Buy: Flea Shampoo or Ultra Flea Shampoo
Where: Bone Cheap, Frugal Felines, Caninetopia, or Cat's Cradle of Cool
Procedure: wash the pet once every day with the flea (or Ultra Flea) shampoo until it doesnt say that it needs more.

Lodged item
Keep for: 1 day
Buy: Extractor
Where: Vets B Us
Procedure: take the pet to the extractor and pull out the object.

Fractured Limb
Keep for: 5 days
Buy: bandages and neck cone.
Where: Vets B Us
Procedure: put the bandages and neck cone on the pet immediently after the person drops it off.

More Tips

Cooking Milk

Yeah I know it may sound weird but it is one way to save money.
Here's how.
1) Buy the milk at The Jolly Gourmet for only 5 dollars.(sim money)
Make sure you stock up so you wont have to keep going to the store.
2) Go to your oven and "cook"
check the milk and press the frying pan button thingy.
Where its red and blue, keep it at 5. cook it on 5 until there's 3 green dots at the top. Then really fast press the blue checkmark. Then the message will say " Hmm, that's just bit wierd. Still, sometimes weird is...OK?"
You should also buy a fridge because then you wont have to cook you just keep on snacking.

Even More tips

don't buy the second house, just save up and buy the third house. oh yeah and by the way, the third house is not two story.

two ways to raise the social level
1) keep opening the mail box
2) talk to pet owning customers or pet owners at the park.

if your person has to go to the bathroom, go asap because then you'll go on the floor. Really, its not pretty.

Dont forget to save the game. It doesnt autosave so go to start and go to save game.

You dont need you sims computer. you could just go to start and then launch catalog.

dont waste all of your money on furniture. If you want to upgrade your furniture, save up as much as you can but you still need to take care of pets.

Need more space for pets? one thing you can do other than buying more kennels, is storing your pet. you can get it back later buy going to your inventory and retreiving but really your pet is not important.

Start,launch catalog...Inventory.thats the lower case i. When you buy furniture, go here and find what you want to put in you house. then go to build and pick where you wanna put it. also your pet may be there if you chose to store it.

Build mode.
Thats above the lowercase i. on that you can arrange whats already in your house, or you can remove something to make room for something else. when you remove something, it just puts it back in your inventory.
