Expansion Packs

Can Someone explain to me what they are and how to get them?

well expansions are just added features to the original game.
it adds things like better furniture and different buildings, etc.
(they really improve the game, make it more fun and exciting)

to get them you just buy them like you did with The Sims 2.

im here to help anybody that requires it. and as you can see, im now the mod for this forum so i will always be here.

Do they come seperate from the game or do I have to buy the game all over again? Have you ever downloaded something for Sims 2? If you have you should go to ModTheSims2.com. Its awesome! You can downlode celebs and movie characters like the jigzaw killer or chucky. I cant download unfortunatly. Sorry this is so long.

and yes, they come separate from the game. its like buying two different games. except, with expansions, you need to have the first game in order to play the rest. for instance: you need to have the Sims 2 in order to play the Sims 2 university (one of the expansions).

Yes you can, there are many sites but try looking at www.thesims2.com
and yes they are safe, it just depends on where you get them from.
Try to go to respectable sites.
