If u want to adopt a wild horse first u have to be a very good rider! (skills) liek up to 9 or soemthing and u can adopt a WILD horse

heyya it is not possible because you have to buy the sims3 pets expansion pack and you have to buy the sims 3 because you have to download that first and then put the expansion pack on hope this helped!
