How to have a baby without having to wait for your sim to go through pregnancy

Because I just want to get pregnant once. wait would that be kinda like having twins.
Oh then I kinda want it but what is if the baby is to grow to a teen when I die then I have to put him in a foster home

You can also go to call services in a phone then click adoption service.. then when the person shows up you pick male or female and baby toddler or child.. that easy

I have it on Xbox and my sim wouldn't get pregnant, both parents have fertility treatment and have already had a kid. I have tried resetting them and deleting and buying them a new bed but she just wouldn't get pregnant, it also doesn't come up when they flirt and can only try if they are on the bed. And for some reason they have a bad moodlet that is stuck for some reason. HELP!!
