I got the crib and its stuck with the little plus person sign. It's been like that for a few days and when I click on it it doesn't do anything. I want my baby!!!

open the app through the store and it should unfreeze, it did for me

None of my Sims will interact with my baby at all. Not even the parents. How do I get them to change the diaper or feed it?
