The school is between the swimming center and the competition center. You have to build it, and your kids can't go until they're preteens. Once they're old enough, you enroll them for school just like you would give a sim a job. Click on the school and the list of your sims will pop up, click the preteen you want to enroll and just pick the time you want them to go to school.

I think we will need to wait for the next update before we could cheat again :(

You NEED to have facebook for this, if you have enough neighbours, fill up your house with swings (They add 750 simoleons)and watch as your town value increases. just store them all in your inventory then add more and more!! eventually you will reach the required amount to get an award. This is usually 5LP's keep doing this and you will not only [b][/b] get more lp's but become top of the leaderboad on the party boat :-) Hope this helps!
Note: This is almost a non-stop cheat, it has worked ever since i got it (about a year ago)

It worked on how much it cost but I have Android and it says I have to redeem or add card when I press redeem it says code and if I press add card it says card number

I found a cheat that works for me after much searching! I have the newest update, and yes the time thing doesn't work, but you can still can get money if you have neighbors. I have eight neighbors so I bought a lot of the social items (the swing, dojo, pond). Now go to the main menu, hit the three dots, and go to the account manager. Log out of both facebook and the gamecenter. Go back to the game and sell those social items (you'll get anywhere from 500-100 bucks). And there you go! Afterwards log back in and do it again.

And I meant 500-1000 bucks per item, so its bet to sell a lot at a time.
