I have the same problem only not with the boat, in my case it's with the competiton center. :( What to do???? :(

I just said good bye to mine rewards from party boat. It was not so much.
But my Santa came back after few days of no cheating. Maybe with party boat it will be the same?
I do t want to try any new cheats to repeat what cheating has destroyed.

My party boat is 230,000. That is 25 years:( and no daily rewards in my mail box :( i love my sims. I dont want new ones. This is my punishment, wahhhhhhhhh

1. Check how many hours the boat says (example 2824 hours)
2. Google "2824 hours in days" then it will tell you how many days.
3. Open the app then go to the boat
4. Exit the boat and go to settings and change the time how ever many days you have plus 2 extra days to the future
5. Open the app and you will see the gifts. Don't get them yet.
6. Exit the app then go to setting then click set automatically.
7. Go back to the app then get the gifts and exit the boat and it will say 24 hours agian normally!!

it does work!! THANK YOU~~ but i changed it a little; this is what I did for it to work. (MAINLY THE SAME AS ABOVE - the things i did differently, i have typed in capital)
1. Check how many hours the boat says (example 2824 hours)
2. Google "2824 hours in days" then it will tell you how many days.
3. Open the app then go to the boat - actually go INTO the boat
4. Exit the boat and go to settings and change the time how ever many days you have plus 2 extra days to the future - MAKE SURE YOU DONT CLOSE THE APP FULLY YET
5. Open the app and you will see the TIME (eg 2824hours). NOW YOU CLOSE THE APP COMPLETELY FROM THE MAIN BUTTON.
6. REOPEN THE APP and GO TO INTO THE BOAT - dont click the gifts!!!
7. Exit the app then go to setting then click set automatically.
8. Go back to the app then get the gifts and exit the boat and it will say 23 hours+

This "fix" got me back my daily mail - thank goodness, but it didn't fix my party boat problem.... 330 days to go. So on New Years Day 2014 I will be back in business, lol. I'm waiting to see if it fixes the sim I had that wouldn't go to work. If it doesn't fix his problem I either have a permanent babysitter/farmer or I'll just delete him.

Hey I had the same problem with my Competition Center.
But I figured this out by modifying some of the cheats submited above.
Steps:
1.) Go into Sims Freeplay and figure out what date you need to set it to.
2.) Go to that date.
3.) Double press the home button and delete your history. (This will refresh the game not delete it).
4.) Go back tothe game and click on the Competition Center, enter a sim.
5.) Exit out and go into settings and set it to the present.
6.) Go click the sim in the sim tracker thats in a competition. Cancel the action.
Your time will be normal and this will not effect your party boat unless you click on it.

It works!
First thing I did was fix competition center from 7000+ hours using this steps from post id #3211779. It worked and it showed 24h+.
Then I tried to fix party boat using steps from post id #3209543. Party boat resetted, it showed 23h+. But unfortunately competition center showed 7000h+ again.
Then, I re-did steps from post id #3211779, and the competition center back to 24h+, and the party boat still showed 23h+...!! Yeah both my party boat and competition center are back to normal now. I haven't checked the daily reward though, just have to wait until tomorrow to confirm..
Just carefully follow the steps folks, and don't do anything else during the steps, other than mentioned... Hope this helps.
