Make your Sims inspired and have them watch a movie marathon. Its 8 hours and when they're inspired you get 1100 XP I always do it when I go to sleep, I got to level 25 3 days ago and I'm at 63%. Also build the night club it really helped.

If your willing to lvl up fast do long stuff right before you sleep,Next day wake up,done and you get your xp (Make all your sims do long stuff)I did this since i was lvl 7.Now i'm lvl 14

What I do is I take 2 people (preferabley a man and a woman) who don't know eachother or are aquantances. Have them be rude until they are nemesis'. Then have them be nice until they are best friends.Then have them be romantic until they are partners.Then have them break up and start all over again.
