I can't get the tenth rep point. I have 100% relationships and have completed the missions but i still can't get the tenth point. Any ideas?

You need to give the king the group trophy, have a negative relationship with the enemy king, have level 10 in the favored skill, and don't live in the hated district or have a roommate of the enemy rep group.
