so i just finished the goal where gordie went to paradise island so i got his boat and got the dancing nutria but the next goal won't come up so im not sure where to go or who to talk to start it. can someone help?

You have to give the nutria to Roxie (along with $5000 and Misty as a tightrope walker). After you've done that, to trigger the last goal in mission 4, you have to talk to Theresa Bullhorn.
