Can you help me!

I have rosebud,paradise island map,medical report and a slip of paper that i want to get rid of ,but i cant because all shops wont buy it can u tell me how to get rid of it plzzz!!!!

You need to give the paradise island map to the boy in the univeres and the medical report to dr max

On mission S where you have to go to the lab on splicer island to talk to maricio keyes - i cant find the lab! i have looked all over splicer island but i cant find it - a glitch or am i just not looking properly!
The slip of paper says: bucket (password for club xille) and the recipe for straberry tiramisu!

I know the paradise island map that there isn't a way to get rid of it but the rest im not so sure.

for the lab, you have to go to splicer island and go as far right as you can, the keep going up and there should be a shack.

I think for the slip of paper, you can just sell it back to the cheat ninja. Thats what I did at least.
