well i dont know i am trying to figure out that to u cant get in by finishing the rep missions but im and trying to get full rep points with 1 of the groups and maybe that is how u get in oh and i have finished tha last mission and i got the date.

You need to get all the rep points with YOUR rep group.

when u go into the screen with all your rep points and ppl u know were it says all the names of the rep groups like artsie richie yer well your rep group will be circled and probaly at the top of the list.
