Well alot of things really, snow and sandstorms the other weather effects, flight paths are linked now so you don't have to keep on flying to alot of places to get to your final destination and also dungeons have been improved.

I am not entirely sure but I think there is a better drop rate for epic items and I think there is dungeon armor sets.
