ok first once you start go kill lv 1-3 till u get to lv 4 then go kill lv 5's till lv 7
Then go kill lv 8-9 till Lv 9 then go kill lv 10's til lv 12 then go train on lv 14's till lv 16
then go train on lv 17-18s for the rest of the way these monsters will give u 250 exp {Hint these monsters r right on the edge 2 a lv 20 area with spiders and wolfs b4 goin 2 deadmines take a left on the road ok u will c}

Westfall
and moonbrooke

Go to world Anvilmar And my name is Daxster

Mmmm not a really great guide and not in detail, and to be honest you can do that with any class on any side, just farm mobs your level or higher until you level.
