Use a UCM on the ramp or UCM Chokeslam on ramp to ko him.

That didn't work for me. I won by KO, but I had to use a finisher in the ring. (I gave Dude Love the standing Sweet Chin Music, Buzzsaw Kick and UCM Chokeslam to make it easier though.)
