OK, so basically, I've had Stamina off in my game for a while, but now I've turned it back on, it's not working! Any ideas? Oh yeah and what button do you press for Stamina again (on PS2), Select or Circle?

The stamina thing isn't uhm, like the stamina thing in 07.
It's automatic, the wrestlers tire auto like, fatties exhaust rly quick. Whereas Rey, Jeff ect run around forever.

Yeah but there's NO stamina whatsoever. I'm doing 24/7 with Triple H atm and I've been tagging with Mick Foley, and neither of them have any stamina.

just like stand still and dont do anything, your stamina should refill... its what i do on 360.

There's no 'stamina bar' in this version. Think of it as an invisible stamina bar, you don't recharge.
It recharges automatically, when your are not doing moves, and not rolling around or sprinting.
If you get a superstar, and run around not stop, you'll notice he'll slow down, and then take a breather.

Blobs is right, there is no stamina bar, tis natural to get worn out.

No, it just didn't go down, no matter how far I made Mark Henry run.
Biut I've worked it out now. In Custom Settings, I had the Stamina Rate bar all the way down, so I had Stamina, but it never drained. But I set it to Default and now it works!
