ShadowStriker No way Cena should be only 90. Like him or not, he's one of the most over wrestlers in every way. He only suffers clean losses to the likes of HHH & Batista these days. He's the strongest heavyweight and aside from Edge, the fastest. His STFU means his submission skill is higher than most by default, etc. In fact, if I were the one making the stats, this is how Cena would compare to Orton:
John Cena
Strength: 90... Speed: 86
Durability: 90... Stamina: 89
Technique: 86... Submission: 90
Hardcore: 87... Charisma: 95
Randy Orton
Strength: 81... Speed: 83
Durability: 86... Stamina: 88
Technique: 89... Submission: 86
Hardcore: 85... Charisma: 91
[My ranking method is similar to that used in 06-08 (I don't understand this year's at all), with weight class determining the highest you can be with each stat. Since Cena and Orton are both heavyweights, I only allow strength, speed, durability and stamina up to 90 while the rest can reach 100, making stat maximum a count of 760, which each weight class can reach. However I calculate the average overall by diving each of the superstar's skills by the total that skill can reach, adding them together and dividing by 8 (the total number of different stats). You know, like Cena would be 90/90 + 86/90 + 90/90 + 89/90 + 86/100 + 90/100 + 87/100+ 95/100. The answer would be 7.524444. Divide that by 8 and you get 0.940555, meaning he gets a 94 overall. And I was mistaken when I gave Orton a 92 earlier, because by my stats he's a 91.]
In other words, Orton has better mat skills, but Cena is the man. And I'm not one of those huge Cena fans either; I totally marked out during his PPV losses to the likes of HHH, JBL and Batista, and just as much so when Orton pinned him in the triple threat at WrestleMania. I'll admit his limited moveset can get annoying, but so did Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior's, and like Cena it was due to their magnetic charisma that got the crowd into a frenzy that still makes classic matches. But the guy's at the top of the company for many reasons, and I don't care what logic you put behind it, he deserves to be the highest ranked wrestler on a video game aside from Undertaker & Triple H, and perhaps a handful of legends (97 overall on '08 was still way too much)
Aether I agree. They should come out separately like on TV, complete with Morrison in slow-mo.
Topic We got another tag team today with Jesse (81 - the lowest in the game so far) and Festus (84)
