I have been doing as people have suggested and dueled the Low Meadow Mage. I have won against him a total of 308 times and have not yet come across a Meteor B. Dragon. Is there something specific you have to do in order to receive one?? Thanks

ok yeah u are probely think that the low medow mage dosent give out a meteor b dragon but he really does some people get it quicker than others but if u still have not gotten it yet battle heshin and the mountain mages hope i helpped bye

Hey this may sound far fetched, but i only dueled the low meadow mage 24 times and already i have a meteor b. dragon and 3 dark magicians! So maybe you just need some more luck?

ive got 5 meteor black dragons and hav been up against the low meadow mage 200 times. but i think that you can also get good cards off heinshin 2nd. he gave me a suijin and metal zoa
