either ur ps2 laser is startin 2 weaken or ur disc is covered in very bad scratches

or try on ur ps1 maybe (just maybe)it might be the ps2 system or u pirated the disk and do not hav the chip on ur ps2 to read them

Just get your disc clean, there are a couple of things that can take scratches off, but not deep scratches
