If he realises he can have success if he keeps his nose out of the squads affairs, there shouldn't be a problem. Other than that, I'd give it 2 more seasons.

I do agree, as most of the successful teams dosent need a owner to teach them what to do.

My thoughts are that Watford and Derby don't seem to fit in either league too well.

Watford aren't in the League. Tey were relegated to the Championship last year, so you are actually correct. Well, kinda.

I think he means that they're in that stage where they are very good in the Championship, but horrid in the Premiership.

So far unbeaten, and are playing the best football, of all teams this season.
Lasy year, it was all Henry, and they were basically afraid of not passing to Henry, as he was the leader and all.
This year, Adebayor, Fabregas, Eduardo and all the others have proved they can play also.
