It's okay to double post if you use quotes , witch we are doing . However , I'm not sure if you can do a normal post , then have a quote post as a second one . edit= and don't type in all caps . People always get angry when I do it , so I guess I better spred the word .

lol, You aren't the #1 D B Z, cause alot of DBZ Fans want that title, so no one can really get it, but back on topic, The lightning can be seen with alot of people who have SSJ2+ power levels, if i remember correctly.

I can't find an image of it but doesn't Vegeta have lightning when him and Goku and powering up to try and lure Kid Buu to Supreme Kai's planet?

Didn't you read my last post ? I agree with you guys but I don't think that lightning is a strict charictoristic of a supersaiyin 2 , although many can get the lightning by being strong enough .
