How about if some shows have games about them (etc: Naruto, Jackass, etc)(/vice versa) How about you allow talking about that show is the game forum (The anime Naruto single thread is updated frequently while general Naruto is not so frequent).

Or maybe have monthly online games tournaments (random games to be fair) with prizes given out at the end?

Gaming Tournaments is an idea that was already brought up a few months ago. Rich actually thought about it and gave it a try, but for reasons I can't recall it never went forward.

But again, that would be fantastic. We just need a specific forum and someone to organize the events, the rest comes easily (prizes aside, that is).

A contest forum would be good, or at least a redirect forum (A forum that lists the contest and clicking on them, which will take you to the contest in the specific forum).

You may be thinking of the Halo 2v2 Tourney in August, which went through due to lack of commitment.

Maybe we should get up other contests again. Maybe some computer games like Starcraft, WOW pvp touraments, stuff like that you know.

You're going to need an active forum for that.

And, we might get an active forum if we do contest like these and advertise it broadly enough so people around here can read it everywhere on the site.
