Probably Brazil, although Czech are very good.

England will most probably loose in the quarters, like always.

If you recon well get knocked out in the quarters you think Germany will beat Ecuador, we beat ecuador aswell... or Sweden beat England and Ecuador will beat germany, one or the other which one you think...

Germany will beat Ecuador, winning the group, we've pretty much won the group... so we'll beat Ecuador in the second Round.

Then we'll play either:

Portugal
Mexico
Argentina
Holland

If it's any of the bottom two, we have no chance.

Maybe against Portugal, and maybe Holland... Mexico, we can beat.

I don't mean to sound biased but england will go to the quater finals if they're lucky...really lucky

my mind has switched from brazil to argentina for who i think will win the competition after the 6-0 beating they handed to serbia & montenegro

Yup, Ecuador played amazingly agianst Costa Rica and Poland, i think if they can get a decent result agianst germany, they will be a very taxing side to beat.

If they get a decent result against germany we will not play them, unless sweden beat england which is unlikely.

If we play Germany that means we will have a good chance again because they played bad in their previous game, and without a win vs Evuador...

Germany are the hosts, who always have a chance, look at Korea in 2002, they reached the semis, ranked 100+ in the world.

France - Winners '98
England - Winners '66
Argentina - Winners '86

The list goes on.

i know supporters spur the team on but the supporters don't play on the pitch the players do and so does sven's dodgy tactics

I think Sven should concentrate more on scoring goals, than trying to come up with a strong defense and midfield.

For example, Eruo 2004 quarter final against Portugal.

3 minutes gone, England 1-0 up. We defended the entire game, and eventually lost due to that stupid tactic.

Sorry i disagree, stupid referee disallowing the goal, and legend of penalties that england seem hopeless at.

and you nearly lost (or at least drew) against paraguay because of that same stupid tactic of "protecting a lead" instead of "pulverise your opponents in a +3 goal frenzy"

To be honest they didnt really threat at all 1 shot in the first half and that was it, we have to get better up front but our defence is rock mate.

your central defenders are good (i think terry is the best defender in the world) but if your fullbacks aren't too good opposition teams will just rip you apart on the flanks
