In relation to the actual manga, the pace is really starting to annoy me. I read 5 different shonen mangas every week and of all of them Bleach is probably either dead last or equal-last in terms of how fast things happen; that is to say, things take AGES to finish or get onto a new plot point. It's just drawn out battle after drawn out battle.
That said, it isn't as bad considering its only a few pages a week I have to read, so I don't really mind.

TestVirus101: True that, But then again, You gotta remember, It's only 18-19 pages a week. Now if it were like the Rosario Manga, 30-40 pages a month. Maybe you'd say different, But Bleach can't really afford being a Monthly Manga now can it? XD.

I would take that as an excuse, but Naruto, One Piece and Fairy Tail's plots are all developing nicely over the course of 18-20 pages a week.
As for Bleach, well you only have to look at the fact that in terms of plot development, there really has been nothing for like 2 years in the manga. 2 Years ago in the manga was Grimmjow versus Ichigo in Hueco Mundo for example, it's already been that long.
