[size=12]I say the light beam because the dark beam is slow. PLus, when u hit some one with a fully charged light beam is sizzles them up and they disappear! its pretty saweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

I vote for Dark Beam, I like the darkness. And it freezes foes when they are struck with a charged Dark Beam shot. And, it has more range than the Light Beam. Of course, the Light Beam has greater speed and is more useful during the game since you are fighting more darklings than lightlings.
