Yeah apparently one of the effects of radiation poisoning is hallucinations. So they can't tell if what they are seeing is real.

I also thought the first Paranormal Activity was scary, but after the sequels, the series was predictable and not very scary.

The first one was crazy scary when I first watched it. I was only fifteen and all of my siblings and I watched it at night in the dark. The whole demon storyline is what got to us.

I don't think we ever thought at that point that ghosts might not be ghosts but demons instead. Also, I think we were all afraid that a demon might try to haunt us. XD
