This is my first team so i hope every one likes it. Any one can join and the topic can be any thing (but only one topic at a time). I will hold a competitions during the week, might be making a Sig or avy or just a quiz. You can raise in rank by being active and abiding by the rules!
If a person keeps on breaking the rules they will be banned temporarily
Here are the ranks -
Leaders 2 Can welcome members, ban members, decide on topics, Give random Questions and help on the below ranks and have the overall power

A great idea but i don't think people would play by the rules although i might do the art one but i will wait to see if anyone else comes up with an idea!!
