well
first you make a new layer
you press Ctrl + A
then you go to edit>stroke selection
put your colors to black and white
put 10 pixels then press ok
then change the color to white, stroke again, and put 8 pixels
and always subtract by 2 until u get to 2
and also switch back and fourth with black and white
all done

That is pretty good. I think that if you open it in paint, you can grab the eraser and zoom in to cut out some of the white around it. Otherwise, good.

uh.... i dont have paint.... all i have is a "magic lasso" which attempts to trace the edges of the pic... but its very bumpy, and thats where all the white spots came from
