I hope you have the brushes. I just found mine like 2 months ago so If you ask me I don't know were they are located.

Click download then extract all files and put them i the GIMP brushes folder and then go to GIMP click the paintbrush go to the paint brushes click the bottom right button then something should pop up then presss the botton thing that looks like refresh on it.
