hit ctrl+A to uncover the numbers in the bottom right corner. each three digit number makes a letter. hold down alt and type the number to get the letter. like alt+116 = t. rearrange the letters you get to spell out two words. first word is username, second is p/w.

for #4, help is the username and doom is the password. no capitals. name and pass are always lowercase, no spaces, and no apostrophes. If it doesn't work, I don't know whats wrong.
