He COULD just incinerate them both with his burning attack you know...

Goten could just hit the Burning Attack with something else, which would knock it away or just cause an unnecissarily big explosion.
There is NO WAY Neji could block this with his heavenly spin. I'll get a picture if I have to just to show you, but I really don't want to spoil anything.

Rotation dosen't block... it reflects the damage right back at them, it nearly beat Naruto Nine-Tail chakara form (Not posessed, just using the chakara)
Then Trunks just uses his Flame Kamehameha from the game Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Furry, not an AWESOME game, but it keeps me occupied.

Kiba's secret technique: Him and Akamaru transform into a giant 75 foot tall dog with two heads. Said dog can use Getsuuga, which would rip anybody hit with it in two. That would completely swallow Neji in with the Getsuuga, stopping his Heavenly Rotation and killing him.

The heavenly rotation would rip the stupid dog into shreads before it could even touch neji, it's basically like he's spinning at 100 miles an hour while holding swords out.

-_- Keep thinking that. You can stop the Heavenly Rotation. You can't stop the Monster Getsuuga. There's no way Neji would be able to block it. NO! WAY! Neji would get torn in two, litterally.

No technique is perfect. I bet it takes an enormous amount of chakera to keep that going, dodge for a bit, throw a few shurikin, and Kiba is pwnd, Kiba is one of the weakest rookies you know...

It does take an enormous amount of chakra. But after three years, I think he's gotten it down pretty cold. And I'd say it's this:

You only put 8 of the rookies there... where's Shino? (He's actually one of the best...)
Also, Shikimaru is better than Sakura, they're not even, since Shikimaru has more powerful ninjutsu and is much smarter than Sakura.

I don't know if anyone cares but I think that youm are all wrong and that Naruto Uzumaki would win. He has the ninetailed fox on his side so its a no brainer

You see, most people would think that, but if he was up against ssj4 Goku, his nine tailed fox powers would be nothing more than a tiny annoyance. Honestly, he also couldn't beat Gohan, Vegeta, Tien, Krillin, Trunks, Goten, (He might be able to beat Yamcha, since Yamcha stinks) or most anyone else from the series.

Yeah, I forgot Shino, he'd be tied with Kiba from where I am.
And I think if anybody, Naruto would put up a decent fight against a Z fighter. Where America is, there hasn't been an once of Naruto's real nine tail power shown.

Even so, DBZ characters pwn in general, they could fire an attack that could destroy the planet (Goku, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Vegeta) Without breaking a sweat. Naruto wouldn't stand a chance, even if the nine tailed fox gave him every ounce of his power.
Shino pwns man, the only one he's ever been hurt by is Kankuro, and only because he accidentally breathed in some posion smoke, Shino is probably better than Hinata.

Yeah, he is pretty good. He beat Kankuro one-on-one by sticking a female beetle to him and letting the male beetles do the work for him.

Kabuto's not an uber powerful saiyan race, they can take a flipping TANK ASSULT to the face and walk out of it unscratched, I think he could handel a little punch.
