The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke- 9/10.
Brilliant book, I didn't want to put it down. Could have done with a bit more of an ending that went into the characters lives after the main story.
Characters: Hornet, Bo, Prosper, Scipio, etc.
Diamond Brother by Anthony Horowitz- 9/10.
Brilliant and amusing book and an easing read. I just wish there were more of them! They also got my book-hating younger sister into books and she has now progressed onto Alex Rider series. I'm now reading the Power of Five by same author.
Characters: Tim and Nick Diamond
Alex Rider by Anthony Horowitz- 9/10
Great series and an involving read. I just found the last book very difficult to get into as was written about the enemy for the first half. Loved them and still do.
Characters: Alex Rider, Alan Blunt, Jack, Mrs Jones, Sabina
