You only need to break into a new paragraph to denote a change of setting or time. It should look like:
"Hello," said the Undertaker.
"Hi," replied Kane.
"Bye," the Deadman stated abruptly before leaving looking like an idiot.
Not like this:
"Hello," said the Undertaker.
"Hi," replied Kane.
"Bye," the Deadman stated abruptly before leaving looking like an idiot.
Also, any real fic instances of the Deadman looking like an idiot will not be reviewed, because he is awesome.
Overall though, much better.

Thanks, so do you mean that in a conversation, I don't need to leave a line between paragraphs?
BTW, I originally used 5 spaces at the start of the line instead, but it didn't show up in the post.
