didn't you see the ending,they end up in someplace where thousands of people are still alive but for some unknown reason didn't respond to will smith's attempts at communicating with them

..cause it was 3 states away from new york city......

still,thousands of people are alive and he didn't know about it?sounds a little 0_o to me

Apparently so, I haven't seen it myself but I know that there is one.

Yeah, my DVD (Region 2 Europe) has the alternate ending on it as well.

Don't know, what region version do you have? Is there a 'Special Edition' available, I haven't come across it.

loved this moie i thought it was brill
was any1 else's in black and white? i rented it on bluray, played it with my PS3 on a non-HD tv, and it turned out black and white
is it meant to be like this or was it the mixture of a bluray disk and a lack of a HD tv?

No, it's suppose to be like all the other movies. Full with great colors in it. I don't bother with that Blu-Ray junk.

I would have thought they would have put it on all versions of the DVD, regardless of regio, wouldn't they?

Good film, I saw it at the cinema then had to get on the train at midnight in a really dark station. I was soiling myself. xD

Will Smith is brilliant in it. I like the plot, and I thought it was very well executed, and not really what I expected when I walked in to see it. There were a few dodgy spots, that have already been mentioned in the thread, but overall.. very good.

I'm very excited about a sequel - interesting to see how Will Smith will be involved.

He'll be reprising his character from the first movie but there's no details on the plot at the moment. Will Smith's filmography is starting to look impressive with other movies like 'I Robot' and 'Hancock' on his resume.

I very much agree with that one Dennis. I cannot wait to see how this rolls out.
