Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is comming out !!!

Oh great, loads of cool games, and there only for the PS3, i hate that load junk >_<, i knew if they came out with a BT3 that it would be on that pile of junk!.

Sounds like ur not the biggest fan of PS3. But it should improve the quality of the games on it.

yeah just save up some money and buy it ,then you will be happy.

how will he be happy if he doesnt seem to like the ps3.

cause then he will be able to buy the new game.

but he but if he doesnt like the ps3 then he wont get it and if he gets a game for the ps3 but he doesnt have the system that wouldn't make any sense.

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (also known as Dragon Ball Z: Sparking Neo in Japan) is an upcoming fighting game to be released on PlayStation 2 and Wii. It is the sequel to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi. Additional movie characters Turles, Lord Slug, Android 13 (in both forms), Tapion, and Hildegarn have been seen so far. At E3, it was said other characters such as Pikkon and Garlic Jr. will be in the game, though no physical evidence has been given for some of the characters. There are to be over 130 characters in this new fighter/roleplayer game. Recently, in-game transformations have been confirmed, but it is a different way from the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai series of games. This method is to be confirmed soon. From a recent magazine scan, it has been confirmed that fusions can be performed in-battle, but how has not yet been confirmed. The game has 16 massive arenas, 11 taken from other games and expanded from, and 9 game modes. A customizer has been made to change the characters, but in what ways is yet to be confirmed.

A recent article on 1Up.com indicates that the Nintendo Wii version of the game will feature a unique control scheme using the system's remote controller. It was confirmed in Nintendo Power that gamers, using the motion sensing controller, will be able to control their fighters by carrying a remote in each hand and mimicking moves from the series.

GameStop has confirmed that it will allow pre-release shipping will be available for US on October 17, 2006. However, neoseeker sources state that BT2 will be released later on 25 December 2006, making a Christmas release. It is unsure whether neoseeker is a reliable source as they have the Wii version for Budokai Tenkaichi 2 scheduled for a Q4 2007 release. A recent Japanese website known as Club Dragon Ball however, have announced it is scheduled for release in Japan on October 14 this year. Club Dragon Ball also states that all characters ever featured on any Dragon Ball game will be playable characters in the sequel and that battles will now involve up to four characters fighting simultaneously on the battle field. It is not certain that all the characters from Tenkaichi 1 will appear, as not everyone from Budokai 1 appeared in Budokai 2, but it's more than likely because an early scan stated that all characters from Tenkaichi 1 will return.

True Ps3 is over 500 dollars, but it's worth the price tag. It's basically a computer (with linux operating system), which will allow you to enter the internet. It plays PS1, PS2, and PS3 games. Or in other words it is fully backwards compatible. It plays DVD's, and Blue Ray discs, also cds. To top it allll off, the discs for games on the PS3 can take upto 54 gbs, compared to PS2's 5 gb. Last but not least, is that it has a great online feature, where you can buy things off the net. You could also play other players FOR FREE.
So they made for 900 dollars, and are selling it for 600. Discount? I will take it. =D Unlike other things (dvd player, cd player), they don't sell more then the price they make it for.

Sorry for that, just hate when people trash things without getting to know it. And I know it's a bit expensive, but that doesn't mean that you have to call it a load of trash. Just save up, and buy it. Like ask for money instead of gifts for your birthday, or Christmas.
Or if all else fails, wait until the price drops.

if they hav cutscences, i want them 2 be like in budokai1, i realy liked those,not like the ones from tenkaichi 1

Yeah same with me, those cutscenes were a lot better.

Yeah, it was like it was in the show, and Sman, still hate it.

The cutscenes in BT left quite a bit to be desired.

Yeah, it's like "*stands there* Blah blah blah," then jump up in the air, then battle starts, but in B1, it's much different.

it's not called tenkaichi 2 though i saw a poster in a game shop & it's on ps2 in november in england

The way i heard, it is called DBZ BT2, but in Japan it DBZ Sparking! Neo.

So many of my favorite characters are going to be in this one.

I think that evryone here should look for more info and post it here in 5 days ( just a sugjestion).
