Game play: Pretty much similar to the first BT, of course better.
-Story expands from the DB, DBZ, and DBGT series and the Movies.
-Custom Battles (Pretty Much What-If?s,not confirmed yet)
-About 130 Characters(mentioned by gamemakers)
-Tag Team Mode (This is also for the Main Story Mode)
-Post your characters password on the Internet for others to fight (Similar to Budokai 3, apparently, this is suppose to help the replay value of the game)
-16 Stages, 11 stages from the first game and 5 new stages, one of them is Dying Namek.
-9 Games modes

Story Mode
Starts off from Dragonball to the end of DBGT with the Movies in the mix.
-Also are What-If battles are included probaly
-Apparently the game will have a full adventure aspect where the player controls 3 character (I guess a 3 man team) and fly around the world where he can explore areas, talk to other characters, etc (this has been mentioned by gamemakers,and now has visual confirmation.


The Loading screen has Yamcha using Spirit Ball attack and destroy blocks or bricks.

Heath Bar, Ki Bar, and Blast/Energy Ball
The Helath bars are now up to 7 bars, same with the Ki bars. One Ki bar=One blast ball.

Camera Angle
Like in the first installment, the camera angle is over the character shoulders. though this time, when a character gets stuck against a wall, the character become transparent so that you are able to see what is in front of you.

Blast system
Seems like it?s making a return, with 2 Blast One moves, 2 Blast two moves, and 1 Ultimate Blast. But, with ?Transformation D,? the character?s Blast moves will ?evolve? to what form they are in. Also, they are more cut-scene like.

Combo System
NEW!! to the game is Lift Strike Combo where you strike your opponent up in the air and teleport above them and strike them back down to the ground.

NEW!! Also, there is something called Vanishing Attack where you will attack your opponent at fast speed where your opponent has no time to rest . This is pretty much similar to the Budokai 3 Pursuit combo but it?s not continuous till your Ki goes down, and you dash around the character instead of teleporting behind them.

ULTIMATES
Seems like some of the Ultimates have became a little more cinematic and also are Rush moves I think, you must dodge the move when the character dashes right towards, there will be a slight pause, where that is the timing you must dodge, if not dodge, then you will be hit by that Ultimate.

Seems like, rather it being a transformation of a absorption, it?s consider a transformation in the game, thus using Transformation D, Super Buu Transforma into Super Buu (Gotenks) then Super buu(Gohan). Also note, Vegeta transform into Majin Vegeta after his SSJ2 form. We do not know about Mecha Freeza as of now, as all we see is Freeza transform into 100% Final Form.

You use up an Blast/Energy ball when you transform, also, seems like that if you have enough blast/energy ball, you can skip straight to a certain transformation
-Example, Goku to SSJ4 Goku will have you use up to 4 Blast/Energy ball.

Also, characters can also start off in that transformation if you want to. And you also do power down when attacked hard or knocked down to the ground.

That Tag Team mode should make things interesting. Do u know if there will be cutscenes like the ones in BT? The ones where the characters talk to each other before (and after) the battle.

I like the info you gathered. But I reccomend you to take away all those things that you wrote probably next to. Just put down all the confirmed things you know.

I don't think there will be any mini games besides the Yamcha loading screen one. I am excited about this game, and I can't wait. Espicially with 9 different modes.

Tag Team sounds cool, even controlling 3 people at time while flying around the world sounds cool too.

I wonder how they will deal with contolling the 3 man team, most likely it will be controlling one and the others just follow.

the loading screen is not a mini game,I think you switch between them.

Same here but i'm sure they've found a way.

Also apprenetly there is going to be the a customiser that will allow u to change the characters but it isn't confirmed in what ways u will be able to change them. I took it as changing costumes and what not but i may be wrong.

Neither do i, i'm just reporting what i've heard, but it could mean customising them in different ways i'm not sure.

I think there r alternate costumes, cause in a gamespot video, it shows Super Buu with Oarnge skin and purple pants, like his alternate costumes in b2 and b3

By the looks of it, they are fake. Seeing that the health, and ki bars are totally different from the trailers. But if they are real, that's cool.
