You ******* killed 3 Dog?!?!?! Your a terrible person! I used the Chinese Stealth Armor for about 5 minutes and it went down to about half condition.

That is the same exact thing Anime. And I have 83 DR total with it on. Who killed Three Dog?

You want ultimate DR? Take Toughness, destroy Harold's heart for Barkskin, and then take Cyborg. Then get through The Hole in The Pitt for 3 more DR, then suit up in Winterized T-51b.

10 + 45 + 3 + 5 + 10 + 10 = 83

That's how he got it.

All of that is right except destroying Harold's heart for barkskin. But thanks, because now I can get 85 DR.

Yeah, when I first took that quest, I added the thing to make Harold grow, because I wanted the armor and hood. Then I read the other rewards and was like, "Extra DR? Epic!"

Also, you can get that high without Barkskin. Just put on the regular T-51b power armor. The helmet is almost exactly the same as the winterized version (Minus the epic amount of HP and the slightly different color) but the suit section has 5 more DR than the winterized version at full hp. Once it drops, however, the highest you can get it repaired without a console is to 43 DR, so the Winterized version is still probably better since it has millions of hit points.

I use Enclave Hellfire Armor. It has the same DR as the normal T-51b. It also has fire and rad resistence. If I used Winterized I would have 83 DR and it wouldn't degrade. If I used Hellfire I would have 85 DR and it would degrade. I'm not worried though, I have like 5 or 6 perfectly repaired sets of Hellfire Armor. I use the Winterized Helmet though because it has the same DR as the Hellfire helmet does and it has +1 charisma instead of -1. It also doesn't degrade.

Actually, it DOES degrade, it just has such a ridiculous amount of HP that you never notice.

Well as long as the DR doesn't change I'm fine.

I got a new favorite Armor. The Tribal Power Armor.

It doesn't have as much DR as the Ranger Battle Armor, it's heavier, and it gives a negative to agility, but it also has the Plus to Luck, and it has a plus to Strength and 15 more Action Points with it. Oh, and plus 5 to Melee, but who really cares about that?

Plus, it just looks really cool.

Tribal Power Armor is awesome, haven't used it, but still awesome.

I've been focusing on aesthetics more now, and I have to say, I love the Col. Autumn's Uniform, Lucky Shades, Trader Hat/Three-dog's headwrap. Or both, which you should've been able to do without glitching.

I hate Three-dog. If he wasn't the only person in the wastes that actually cares about the wastes, he'd be blown away.

Three Dog is awesome! Whenever I'm adventuring, I've got GNR on on my Pipboy. He's pretty funny, and he adds a lot of drama by explaining what's been happening.

Anyways... what I'm wearing right now is my Winterized T-51b Power Helmet and the Tribal Power Armor. Or, if I need to be Stealthy, I just slip on my Chinese Stealth Suit. (NOTE: Something interesting about the difference in stealth between Oblivion and Fallout 3. In Fallout 3, there are many factors about how well you're hidden and how well you can be seen. That's the same case in Oblivion, but something I saw just made it almost insultingly easy to sneak. The weight of the boots you are wearing determines how loud your footsteps are. I actually paused for several seconds in shock of how stupid that idea was before I went into my menu, removed my boots, and began sneaking like a ninja... in heavy armor.)

... I thought it was Broken Steel only.

On a note about Oblivion, I'd love to combine armors. Tribal Power Armor cuirass, Autumn's Uniform leggings, and Duster shoes = yes.

Yeah, but they wanted to simplify it a bit, so they reduced it to body, head, and face. I'd love to have different parts too, but it isn't going to happen. :/

Maybe in Fallout New Vegas. Obsidian might at least try to do it. Unlikely though. =/
