In order to do this, you need at least one of the item you want to duplicate and one character equipped with the W-Item materia. Now then...

Anytime during the battle, select the W-Item command. Choose the item you wish to duplicate and select who or what to use it on. After you have done so, select a second item, but when you are given the option to use it on someone/something, press X. You'll notice that the first item you had selected had been given back to you, but don't press X again. Press O to confirm using the second item, but press X when you are to select who or what to use it on. You have another duplicate of the first item that you haven't yet used. Continue doing this for more items. You can't get more than ninety-nine though.

On an additional note, this trick means that when you're going through with chocobo breeding, the only thing you'll ever need to buy is one Sylkis Greens. Just use the W-Item trick and feed ninety-nine Skylkis Greens to every chocobo and you're in for prime time. You never need to buy any Nuts anyway.

Bahamut can be found in the Temple Of The Ancients, after defeating the red dragon. Neo Bahamut is at the Northern Crater, and Bahamut ZERO can be obtained by interacting with the blue Huge Materia at Cosmo Canyon, when you have the other two Bahamuts

Ultimate Weapon, Diamond Weapon, Emerald Weapon, Ruby Weapon and Sapphire Weapon.

Sapphire Weapon is the one that isn't mentioned in the game. I remember reading a very long time ago that it was called so.

Well I was only focusing on the original FF VII. I forgot about DoC. Good point
