Its were you go when you are good but if your bad you go to blue hell! Seriously though Heven is a place were R* buts all of there content they took out and hide them but before I say were I found them did anyone else? Just woundering.

It's heaven. No, Roadkiller Jake, I have not found heaven. I guess The game got fed up with your dying too many times. So they took you to heaven instead of in the front of hospital.

after i put in clear wanted level cheat the cops that are on the motercycle are still shooting at me then when i kill him i get 2 stars

You know the first gym right? The first one you can go to? Well you have to go in there and right when you enter there is an opening in the celling (right by door). Turn on your Jetpack cheat and fly throw the gap. Then you will be in a black place. If you look around you can find some stuff that is in the game that you couldnt see. If you land you can keep walking forever until you find a shovel and fall into the water.
