Melee or Gun Wepons

But the hammer is basically the same as guns when they are both out of ammo...I vote weapons

the only reason people like guns more is because there are only two melee weopons. say is there was a weopon that when you used its attack feature everybody in it's area would instantly die, most people would say melee weopons. personally i would prefere the guns because of the ability to gain kills of long distances but think, if you came up behind somebodys whole team, they not knowing you were there what would you rather have, a sniper or a sword

I'd rather have a gravity Hammer =] but guns have the ability to melee too

I guess when I said no-skill, I came from the point of view of camping near a wall... Which really, I'm guessing doesn't take much work to just sit in a small corner, wait for somebody to walk around the door and press the RT button >.<

Yea...ambush weapons can also be great if you are waiting for someone and sneak up on you...and need quick kill to stay alive. =]

I like Shotguns when it comes to close combat...I'm apart of a team called Halo Phoenix and I specialize in shotguns, assault rifles, grenades, basically silent kills.

Im really good at swords and stuff but i like the BR

well im gunan join a team, and ill be a snipa, with some BodyGueards

Guns, although i absolutely LOVE melee. I like guns. Stuff like the needler brute shot, sniper and shotties are the best. Dual Maulers never go unspoken aswell.

Takes no skill? It takes LESS skill. To really use it you just need to memorise when to attack (by the way the shotgun COUNTS AS A MELEE WEAPON, it's like an extention of your arm, just like the energy sword). It's like saying walking takes no skill. WALKING TAKES SKILL, why do you think baby's cant walk? They're not skilled enough!

Guns though, are much better, seeing as they have more advantages over melee weapons (or Close Combat if you will, with is a much better phrase). Advantages for normal guns? You can attack from far away, which you obviously can't with Close Combat weapons. When fighting at close range, you can still use your gun, or melee them. But you'll probably be dead anyway.

Dude, Tegan I am a fricking GODLING with the shotgun. I am serious, I am like unstoppable if we were to play Shotty Snipers. i am awesome with snipers to. By the way, I was even CALLED a godling by a GENERAL. :P

I like the sniper and the sword, and im not too fond with the hammer. so sword, and sniper rifle.

I like guns better because
1: guns like the sniper can easily headshot if your running at someone with a gun
2: its to easy to dodge melee all you hav to do is jump and beat down
