How do you beat Sephiroth

can someone please help me because he killed me at level50

Get stronger and fight him again.

i killed him at lvl 80 with Ultima Weapon....
If u have Oblivion and i ur lucky u would leave him with 2 bars of hp then u would die(like me lol)

its a simple process
i dont wanna write it all out cause its way too long
but
just lvl up untill 80 or above, i would beat him at 85 because its even hard then
hes not imperitive to the game
you dont HAVE to beat him
but
you get the strongest weapon in the game if you do
so
i would also sugest getting the ultima weapon like wesjr said
now whenever there is a reaction command use it
if you dont you will go down fast
after you use the reaction commands that leaves him vulnerable attack him then
take away a good chunk of his HP and keep dodging his attacks
also
it would be good to have all the Drive Forms at lvl 2 or higher

Get all your Drive Forms to the last level (7) and you get glide lev. 3, high jump lev. 3, and quick run lev. 3. Equip Ultima Weapon to Sora. Now if he slashes you and transports somewhere else and you are in the air use glide if he's on ground and slashes alot use jump. and to get away far enough to heal use quick run [size=12][/size][color=red][/color][b][/b]

i tried to beat him at 78 and i lost but i almost beat him

I beat him aty level 75 with oblivion. All you need it a lot of elixers, and the aeriel dodge ability. Thats all I used to beat him.

I beat him ar lvl 91.Just get your drive forms leveled up.

I'm leveling up to beat him. I really want the keyblade that you get for beating him. I heard it's rape sauce.

its called Fenrir also the name of clouds bike in FFVII:AC
its the best weapon in the game and its amazing

I beat him at lvl 84 with all my drive powers to lvl 2. The two best types of magic to use are Reflect and cure the rest dont even try. I just kept using reflect when he uses those pilars of fire, and when he strikes with his sword it take about more than 7/8ths of one of his health bars down.
after you beat him he tells you to find Cloud, and then you get the fenrir.
Speaking of Avedent Child when dose it come out in the US i havent seen it any were?

um no offense but most of you guys must suck because you dont really need to be at level 80 or 90 cuz i beat him at level 71 he kinda hard but he aint THAT HARD any ways you just you elixers later [color=red][/color]

We don't suck all we did was found the right way to defeat him i could have done it at lvl 65 and all i would have used was reflect, cure, drive ablities and combos. Besides i was trying to get every ablility. Other people do things other ways so dont say we suck! O and i didn't use any potions, elixers,ect. That means i could hold him with out any help of items.

i dont believe that you beat him without any help items ... dude i mean he hits you three times and all your health is gone then he has that spell thing wich takes all your health and all you magic so you would have had to heal at sometime what do you got to say about that ?[color=red][/color][b][/b]

I say that i got to him befor he could finish the atack so i don't lose any damage or magic pluse i stayed away from him when he attacks and use quick run to get to him to strike him down and use Beserk Charge.

I haven't taken him down . . . yet, but I'm not working on that yet, I'm working on my Sora Challenge.

Hmm? I still haven't tried to fight himm.
