Have you all forgotten what I said about the part levels!? You know, with the chassis upgrades, bull bars, bla bla bla?! Here's a recap for ya:

There should be levels for parts like pushbars and car strength upgrades etc.]

level 1: standard police equipment
ex: small pushbar, normal lights and lightbars, normal police vehicle chassis body

level 2: prototype equipment
ex: SUV pushbar, longer lasting lights and lightbars, more durable chassis and body

level 3: The wildest, most long lasting, indestructable stuff! (expensive!!)
ex: Titanium Pushbars (all sizes, indestructable!!), inifinite life lights and lightbars, heavy-duty sheetmetal chassis and body, with chassis stiffening and front & rear cross braces for that extra strength.

Also, do you know how freakin' complicated the comfiguration of this game is gonna be!? It's gonna be crazier then NFS MW, crazier then NFS Carbon, with detialed and awesome game modes and menu screens made for visual and gameplay fun. The DLL and cfg files are gonna be nasty, but EA can pull off a lot as you know.

Meanwhile, I was thinking about a demolition derby mode. Yes, I really do mean a derby. Smash another dudes car or get smashed yourself. Here's what I was thinkin: Every Saturday and Sunday each PD holds an impounded vehicle derby. You go to the impound lot, look for a car, and spray paint it like a derby car! you can add police lightbars and sirens, and confederate flags and stuff, but you cant repair the car till after th derby. There should be at least 20 cars, for some real chaos! Your engine is the most important thing here- Protecit it! Front-end hits will do a lot more damage then hits the back end of ur car.
Now the arenas- Perhaps on a small, wide portion of the highway, in a ranch with a house and cars to smash, the NFS MW golf course, the RPD, BPD, and PPD stattions.
Any more thoughts/comments are welcome :-)

My all-time favorite full-size sedan, the LTD Crown Victoria! This one's an 1989. Why don't they put good old beasties like these in the NFS games? Good ol' 390 Cleveland V8 power! Don't ya dig the flames?

Oh..... durr I knew that lol.
A pimped out cop car could look either really cool or really goofy. Tuners are prolly the best choice, cuz they are the most often modded cars....

I also got NFS MW and NFS HS vids on Youtube. I made them all. Here's a link:
http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=Hearsesrock427

Hope ya like em! I think my "The Dukes of Rockport" series is the best. Watch those first

2 against 2 now. I don't like the lightbar idea.

Also, make sure that if you pitch this to EA, stress to them to make it on PS2. Some people *cough me* don't have a PS3, and won't be getting one for years.

Body Kits are just meant ONLY for tuners. What you think, ricing is good? Lightbar isn't ricing so is bad?

I dont got a PS3, nor will I get one. I am a happy dude with a PS2. So, basically about the lightbars you just change the positions? That's kinda weird.

Why the hell would you even want to change the color of the lights on the lightbar? The lightbars have colored parts for a reason! To give the lights inside that flash and/or spin color. All police lightbars are in a preset position or national standard positison. I think that idea is pointless.
Of course bodykits and rims are for tuners Smile They are rice-mobiles lol.

This topic hasn't been posting lately.

Ok, the poll is over.

So 2 Agreed on Body Kits, 2 Agreed or Lightbars. It's a draw. But according to LTD's idea on cops, Lightbars option wins.

Yes, but LTD didn't say outright that he was voting for lightbars.

Body kits aren't only for tuners, I'll post a few pics of awesome bodykits for Muscle and Exotic.

Mustang GT500 with Eleanor bodykit
http://www.ridejudge.com/ri...ID=39331
Ferrari 360 Spider with custom skirts
http://www.ridejudge.com/ri...ID=11591
R34 Skyline GTT with custom GT-R bodykit
http://www.ridejudge.com/ri...ID=22092

So you see, bodykits aren't only for Tuners, you probably only see it as ricing because people do s***ty things like put decals and neons and stuff like that on tuners. Hydraulics and chromies are the way to go for Muscle, and large racing mags with lowered springs and a nice body kit like the third bodykit for the Lamborghini Murcielago on Carbon for Exotics.

I really don't give a flying leap about the lightbar thing. It seems pointless. Why would you want to change the position? I am against it. There might as well be certain lightbar types.

Vectors or Whelens or wahtever for the roof.
Some for the front windsheild
Some for the back windsheidl
Maybe some for the pillars inbetween the front and rear doors?

Just have brighter and longer lasting stuff. You know, like the part levels I talked about.

There you go Slay3r, three against two...

By the way, the demo derby idea is AWWWESOME! Just this massive demo derby with impounded cars...gotta have it.

By the way, maybe we could have a co-op career mode! That would be pretty good, your buddy picks Muscle and you pick Exotic, and you work together to catch the a-holes tearing up the streets. Or, your buddy could be a back-up dude in an SUV that helps form roadblocks. Think of the possibilities...

Murcielahgo- Co-op sounds SICK!! I would drive my diablo VT highway patrol car, and have a buddy in a Viper SRT-10, and we could work togehter to stop the reckless driver!

I just remembered- How could we tell how close we are to busting the dude? Have a bar like this (this is just basic):

----------------ELUDE

^ Yeah something like that

I reckon the leaders of each of the crews your trying to bust should be modeled around ourselves who are making this game.

So say there is 5 crews

1. All around (To introduce all the types)
2. Muscle
3. Tuner
4. Exotic
5. All around (To finish)

And one person could be the leader of each crew.

I'll be any Smile

Actually, considering with bikes and SUVs, then there'd be seven crews (by the way, we need to name all of these):

1. Like Carbon, depends on which vehicle class you start with
2. Muscle
3. Tuner
4. Exotic
5. Bikes
6. SUVs
7. All around.
