Nintendo is making a link cable that I believe will be called Nintendo DS & GBA Link cable... But my thoughts are were in the world would you place a cable on the DS? You can't put it were the charger goes.

Or maybe you can we just have to wait.

According to certain sites, they say it will be released in Japan at around Fall 2006. America, however, is slated for release in early 2007, some rumors indicate.
I've found some news as well: Manene's and Manyula's U.S. names revealed?
Serebii confirms that these names are only announced by salespeople selling them and officials involved in the Pok'emon Journey Across America. Supposedly, their names are Mime Jr. for Manene, and Weavile for Manyula. However, they are [b]only but[/i] confirmed by these people. No word of mouth has been released from Nintendo about their names.[/b]

As of now, pre-orders are not being taken. Game stores will have to wait until they hear the release date until they can start taking orders.
