Well heres my current team on Sapphire, not top notch but its ok, after i post it using my great way of netbattle :D, i'll post what they should eventually become

In-game team: Train up Numel. Drop Seviper for Grimer or Koffing. 2/10

Future team or whatever: Your Kyogre will have Thunder? Give it Thunderbolt, not Thunder.
Your Rayquaza wants Earthquake, Flamethrower, and two of these: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam or Dragon Dance.
Camerupt, yeah, Flamethrower instead.
Sabeleye isn't good for this point, trust me.
Seviper looks like it sucks too.
Sceptile will be ruined.

You really don't know how to make teams do you? No offense or anything.

With Kyogre's raining ability, Thunder will allways strike.
So, use Thunder.

Well, yes, you can go to www.smogon.com, and look up the strategy for the following pokemon:

the two in my previous post
Kyogre
your first pokemon
your choice (depending on the opinion in the stratehy section)
your choice( ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^)

To get to a strategy, lets say, I want to see Raikou.

step one) I go to www.smogonn.com
step two) I go almost to the bottom of the page, and type the name of the pokemon I want to see
step three) I go around 1/4 down the page
step four) I click the strategy tab
step five) I look at the movesets listed, and I scroll down almost all the way, and look at opinion to see if it's a good choice.

I don't know much about these guys.

Manectric: These aren't very good Electric pok�mon. Get a Jolteon or a Raichu. If you consider keeping it then give it Rain Dance for Bite, it'll make your Electric moves work wonders.

Wailord: I suppsoe that is as good as it gets.

Camerupt: Lose Magnitude for Eruption or something.

Salamence: Give it Flamethrower and Thunderbolt for Fly and Steel Wing. This should help you take out Ice pok�mon.

Heracross: Use this moveset. Just watch out for Ghosts:
Endure
Reversal
Megahorn
Swords Dance

Latias: Good.

Suicune: Good.
