Milotic sounds awesome, seeing that it can telepathically put things to sleep (Hypnosis), and can make twisters with it's tail, but it's more of a femenine Pokemon. I guess I would want to be Dragonite, so I can fly around and make tornadoes using my wings and can do elemental punches.

And who said the trainer of the Sceptile would know a grass move? You can teach a Sceptile anything other than Grass moves. I once fought this guy who had a Chansey that knew Focus Punch....not really smart.

Sceptile's speed seriously pwns Swampert's, and a single Leaf Blade could take a huge toll on Swampert, if not wiping it out completely. That being said, Ice Beam would still not be enough to OHKO Sceptile. And it's unlikely it would be frozen. Possible, yet still unlikely.

Riku-1, Torchic-0...lol I'm joking with you, Swampert is a good pokemon, but MV is right, Sceptile's speed is superior to a lot of pokemons speed.

Swampert really is more useful than Sceptile, it's just that Sceptile's one of those who can easily KO Swampert with little effort.
