the only reason why i didn't let my Charmeleon evolve was because my charmeleon is the strongest pokemon that i have and i didn't want a charizard cause i don't like electric attacks hitting it

first off, why 2 Kyogres ,especially when they both have 3 of the same moves? i mean you could replace one kyogre with something better like Mewtwo. Second, replace groudon's fire blast or eruption with earthquake. beacause flamethrower is alot beatter because it has more pp and better accuracy. with two hits of flamethrower you could do more damage than one fire blast!!! now i will rate each pokemon::

Getting all three dogs was easy, I just hacked them in along with Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys and all the other legendaries you have to do stupid things to get. I have also completed Kanto Pok�Dex without cheating (save for hacking in Mew, how else can I get him?). 195 National.
EDIT: Ok, I ditched Suicune and Entei for these two bad boys (well, one is a boy, the other doesn't know its gender):

Alakazaam: That's about as good as you can get him in-game. Although, just so you know, he sucks with physical (Attack) moves.
Lapras: Replace Body Slam with either Psychic or Calm Mind.

I raised all these Pokemon from the level I caught them, no cheats or anything (my AR doesn't even work on my Fire Red hehe) The Hoenn Pokemon were caught on my Ruby and traded over, and used no cheats on that either. Same goes for anything else, it came from my Colosseum file or Emerald if it didnt from Ruby.
